The Vision  
This program aspires to be a distinguished master’s program in early childhood education at the Hashemite University from both a scientific and practical standpoint. It provides knowledge that serves early childhood and its various sciences, provides society with distinguished scientific competencies, and contributes to raising the level of scientific research in the fields of childhood.
 

The mission 
Preparing graduates with in-depth knowledge of early childhood, by providing an appropriate environment to achieve excellence in teaching and learning, and having a presence at the local, regional and international levels, and having the motivation for lifelong learning, and the ability to keep pace with the requirements of the era. Preparing graduates in scientific research, qualified to work with children, and providing the best services to them and their families. It also enables them to complete their doctoral studies in early childhood, and they have the ability to be creative and innovative in accordance with international standards, and to expand research and development activities in early childhood. To bridge the gap between various sectors and the academic environment, to build a fruitful partnership with society, and to contribute to solving problems related to childhood sectors and issues in Jordan and the Arab world.
